Essential Functions:

Data Collection & Management

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources     such as databases, spreadsheets, and information systems.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
  • Maintain data documentation and data dictionaries.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and     opportunities.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to support operational or     strategic decisions.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis requests from leadership or departments.

Reporting & Visualization

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations     using tools such as:
       
    • Excel
    •  
    • Power BI
    •  
    • Tableau
    •  
    • SQL reporting tools
  •  
  • Present findings in clear and understandable formats for     stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track key performance indicators for grant funded     programs and organizational metrics.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives by analyzing     outcome and process data.
  • Monitor program performance and recommend improvements.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
       
    • Data Analytics
    •  
    • Statistics
    •  
    • Computer Science
    •  
    • Information Systems
    •  
    • Public Health or related field

OR equivalent experience in data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI,     Tableau).
  • Experience with SQL or database management.
  • Experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience in healthcare, research, or public health data     (preferred for healthcare organizations).

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Excel (advanced)
  • SQL
  • Data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Statistical analysis tools (R, Python, or SPSS)
  • Database management systems

NOTE:  This is a Contract 16 hours a week position. Contract position will end 03/31/2027
