Compliance Auditor
The Compliance Auditor works under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for developing and conducting monthly, quarterly, annual or special operational audits of the Clinic’s patient records and department procedures in order to test and evaluate compliance with:
- Medicare and Medicaid federal programs
- State contracts and local government programs
- Insurance plans
- Internal policies and procedures as approved by the Board of Directors
- The Clinic’s Corporate Responsibility Program
- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
The Compliance Auditor is responsible for identifying internal control weaknesses, and deficiencies in the registration and billing cycles and preparing audit reports for distribution to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership.
The Compliance Auditor is responsible for recommending changes or plan of action to ensure good business practices and to discover and prevent fraud. All audit work is to be performed in conformity with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired. Required (3) three years of auditing experience in accounting and primary healthcare services.
Business Office Specialist
Under the supervision of the Patient Support Supervisor, performs all duties related to charging patients, verifying insurance coverage, customer service, and collections. Projects a professional demeanor and appearance while maintaining the confidentiality of medical information, physicians, coworkers and Centro San Vicente as appropriate. Works under stress and in situations that demand patience and tact while providing impeccable service.
Minimum Qualifications: 2 year minimum experience in the medical healthcare field required. High school diploma or GED. Technical training from an accredited healthcare program. Medical and insurance terminology preferred. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to view computer screen for long periods of time.
Dental Hygienist
Responsible for performing professional dental care in the field of dental hygiene, including all related clinical procedures. Assist with the responsibilities for clinical and community dental health education activities.
Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalency.Successful completion from an America Dental Association Accredited School of Dental Hygiene.Successful complete of the National Dental Hygiene Board Examination and State of
Registered Dental Assistant
Under the supervision of the Dental Office Manager, responsible for performing professional dental care in the field of dental assisting, including all related clinical procedures. Assist with the responsibilities for clinical and community dental health education activities.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.
Housekeeper
Performs basic cleaning tasks for the clinic in a manner that is effective and safe.
Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate preferred or GED. Requires light lifting, not over twenty (20) lbs. Requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, push/pull, kneeling, crouching, and climbing.
Patient Support Service Repersentative
Minimum Qualifications: 1 year minimum experiences in healthcare. High school diploma or GED. Training and/or experience as a medical secretary preferred. Medical and insurance terminology preferred.
Medical Assistant
Under the direct supervision of the section LVN and Nurse Manager, the Medical Assistant is assigned to a Provider to assist in providing the daily clinical care to patients.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required
RMA or CMA preferred. Previous experience in health care preferred.
